Recent representative work includes:

• Acted as special regulatory counsel for public corporation in $1.2 billion acquisition of international forestry corporation.
• Acted for public Canadian gaming corporation in its financing of $400 million term loan and revolving credit facility and US$170 million sale of debt securities.
• Acted for public Canadian gaming corporation in its financing of $450 million bridge credit facility.
• Acted as special counsel for public corporation in the $80 million acquisition of a gaming corporation.
