Duhaime Law is pleased to announce that Marc-Alexandre Poirier has joined the firm. Marc has extensive corporate / commercial, M&A transactional and business law experience. Prior to joining Duhaime Law, Marc worked as a lawyer with Davies, Ward, Phillips & Vineberg LLP in Montréal, and subsequent to that, with Baker & McKenzie in Hong Kong. Marc has experience with public and private offerings of both debt and equity, including IPOs, secondary offerings, income trusts, REITs, high-yield debt, structured products, derivatives and rights offerings. He also has significant expertise in international and cross-border transactions, particularly transactions in Asia.
